IT Analyst

Detailed description of work task to be carried out
- Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
- Help design advanced solutions around data and analytics.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Klient to understand the expected outcomes and elicit business features.
- Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organizational units across Klient.
- Work in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional Agile delivery team.
- Possess a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes.
- Have the ability to quickly grasp new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions.
- Be a fluent communicator with experience working with business users.

Need to have the following skills to succeed in the role:
- Communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, and big data.
- Knowledge of SQL and Hive.

Nice to have:
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Python, Spark

This role requires the candidate to work from our office in Tricity or Warsaw once a week to facilitate collaboration and team engagement.
