Description

We're looking for an IT Engineer for our client who is developing intelligent data apps. The IT team supports Mac endpoints, their management tools, local network, and application infrastructure. It is important that you are comfortable with all things Mac hardware and software troubleshooting. They support a zero-trust security architecture and a suite of SaaS applications. You should want to help scale and automate their corporate helpdesk and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

Helping scale and automate our corporate helpdesk and providing customer service.
Performing troubleshooting and problem-solving for Mac and macOS-related issues.
Handling laptop deployment in a remote environment and across different countries, including logistical challenges related to shipping and supply chains.
Provisioning and de-provisioning access and account management.
Implementing and managing collaboration systems.
Administering and managing Github, including user management and repository administration.
Managing identity and access management (IAM) for AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, ensuring proper user permissions and security configurations.


This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:

At least 3 years of related professional experience.
Complete Mac and macOS troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with provisioning and de-provisioning access and account management.
Understanding of identity and asset management solutions like Google Workspace, and solutions like Okta.
Experience with laptop deployment in a remote environment and between various countries.
Knowledge of Github administration and user management (IAM) for AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.


Nice to have:

Knowledge of Python or Apple Script.
Experience with the administration of collaboration software like Google Workplace, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, and Jira is strongly preferred.
Expertise with compliance systems such as Vanta or Drata would be preferred.
