Active sale - conducting online or face-to-face meetings and staying in email contact with potential clients located in different time zones, mainly from European countries and the United States.
Presentation delivery according to previously established and accepted frameworks/scenarios.
Lead Generation - acquiring and managing individuals potentially interested in services or products offered by Profil Software.
Upselling - maintaining contact with already acquired clients to ensure quick access to PS services.
Prospecting - identifying sources of potential clients and collaborating with the development department to automatically acquire data.
Automation - handling and maintaining up-to-date data in CRM Pipedrive, including managing tools supporting lead acquisition efforts.
Establishing personalized message content and executing mailing to a group of potential clients, conducting activities on Linkedin (social selling).
Actively use Linkedin to achieve sales goals, locating and finding contact information for leads.
Supervision and adjustments to existing sales campaigns often based on automation.
Negotiation - sending and negotiating contract terms with clients in collaboration with the legal department.
Quoting - creating and presenting offers to clients, whose main demand is IT services such as programming, design, implementation of web and mobile applications on a T&M or Fixed Price basis.
Collaboration with the development department and graphic design department to prepare project estimates.
Collaboration with the design department to implement or improve sales materials.
Reporting - ongoing cooperation with the administration and accounting department (providing information about arrangements with clients, signed contracts and their conditions, and informing about changes in projects, if necessary).
Traveling to conferences and clients to expand the base of potential clients and to maintain an up-to-date sales funnel, building a customer database.
requirements 1
We’re looking for you if
you have min. 3 years experience in sales of programming services in SH/agency or digital products (SaaS Startup)
you have an understanding of IT topics and knowledge about the latest trends (including AI/ML topics)
you have knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques
you have practical knowledge of: using automatic email sending systems (e.g. Mailchimp or Woodpecker or similar), Pipedrive CRM
you know English at C1/C2 level
you have experience in working with foreign clients
you have practical knowledge of Account Based Marketing conception
you have very good knowledge of inbound and outband

knowledge of any programming language, preferably experience as a programmer
previous experience in running your own SaaS Startup or actively participating in running a SaaS Startup.
