Description

We are looking for a Test Coordinator and Operational Support to manage essential tasks and collaborate with various teams to enhance project execution. This role involves coordinating tests, leading meetings, and handling project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external tests.
- Facilitate proposal meetings, kick-off, and report presentation meetings.
- Register and manage reports, risk acceptances, and other critical documents.
- Support application teams and liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Act as the main contact for external suppliers.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in an international environment.
- Skilled in organizing and leading meetings.
- Ability to multitask and handle high workload periods.
- Independent and team-oriented workstyle.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
- Interest in Cyber Security topics and willingness to expand knowledge in that field

Location:
Hybrid role with a requirement to work from the office in Gdynia once a week.
