Front-End Tech Lead (B2B)

About the project
Welkin is a care management platform, which guides your team to better care. You configure your patient program into workflows that tell health care workers when to do what, ensuring patients get care exactly when they need it.

Your responsibilities
Moving from an individual contributor into the people and project side of the business
Lead the Front-end team in designing and implementing technical solutions
Lead evaluation of tools and technologies most appropriate for front-end development on one or multiple projects
Create an approach and methodology to integrating best coding practices and automate it
Overseeing the technical path of delivery front-end to the production
Troubleshooting development complexity issues and modifying development procedures or technology
Identify critical KPIs for front-end monitoring and metrics tools

Our requirements
Russian & English language proficiency, located outside of Ukraine
Overall experience as a Front-end Engineer of at least 10 years at least 6 years of commercial experience in React, Redux, Saga
2 years of experience with TypeScript
Excellent mentorship, facilitating, and leadership skills
Experience in tech lead role of at least 4 years
The ability to independently perform complex technical tasks, and PoC
Excellent understanding of OOP, SOLID, GRASP, KISS, and DRY principles
Experience in transforming architecture to use DDD, EDA, and CDD approaches
Deep understanding of the asynchronous model, understanding of limits of Promises
Practical experience in implementing scalable and Model layers with strong API contracts
Practical knowledge of working with Docker and Helm excellent knowledge of JavaScript ES6/7/8/9
