Opis wymagań

- Hands-on experience in both functional programming and java programming, 6 years of Banking Domain background
- Rich experience in the GFX Cash Trading domain and familiar with the products associated to it
- Strong understanding about DevOps and agile development methodology
- Solid IT development, technical design and production support working experience, with strong problem solving skills.
- Effective communication with other technical colleagues from global teams (UK, HK, GZ, Poland and US)
- Capable of applying and driving DevOps development culture
- Strong in verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-motivated. Can work independently and under pressure
- Expertise in Agile, DevOps, Lean methodologies
- Experienced in design and lead highly scalable and available technology solution.
- Relationship management (both internal and external) and networking skills.
- Excellent 360 degree influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple work threads at one time
- International experience or experience of dealing with international resources (project team and customer base will be dispersed across multiple locations)
- Ability to work effectively to strict timelines and deadlines.

Zakres obowiązków

- Act as Delivery Manager and People Manager of the team
- Oversee project and development activities for the team, provide leadership at both functional and technical level. Be hands-on wheneve necessary.
- Lead and mentor other junior engineers in the team
- Write well designed, testable and efficient codes. Involve in deployment of the software you build.
- Communicate with upstream and downstream system teams for any planned technical deliveries.
- Managing the delivery approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the delivery plan, commitments and changes
