As a Software Engineer in our national Digital Client Solutions team, you will too. You will be working within a collaborative team which is developing innovative, technology-based solutions for clients in a variety of industries worldwide.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Work independently or under only general direction in a fast-paced and flexible environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Liaise with system analysts and business owners to improve applications and establish best practices
- Participate in all stages of the development life cycle, from concept planning to build, testing, delivery debugging and documentation
- Write programming code to fulfill client requirements
- Participate in code reviews with our senior application developers and modify your programming code according to their feedback
Job Qualifications:
- B.S./M.S. in the field of Computer Science or relevant field of study
- At least 10 years of related experience
- Oral communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts required
- An ability to understand front-end users’ requirements and problem-solving attitude
- Must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a team environment
- Strong object oriented design skills
- Experience with WPF-related technologies (C#, XAML, etc.) in the .NET Core and .NET 6 framework
- Familiarity with relational database design and development
- Experience with the Model View ViewModel design pattern
- Experience with nHibernate and Entity Framework Object Relational Mapper (ORM) toolsets
Ideally You’ll Also Have:
- Proficiency in full stack (front-end, back-end) development
- Experience working in an agile (e.g. Scrum) environment
- Experience with Telerik UI Controls
- Experience with CM tools such as GitHub
- Microsoft Certified Developer Associate or greater certification
- Experience upgrading from .NET Framework to .NET 6
Experience migrating from MvvmLight to Windows Community Toolkit MVVM framework
