IT Application-Devops Expert

Your responsibilities

Support for users in the field of business applications in particular LEO system.

Analysis and resolving of issues in the field of systems and applications, in particular LEO system.

Support and troubleshooting of IT environments and tools, e.g. operating system, DB, etc.

Collaboration as an IT expert with external suppliers.

Participation in projects in the role of an expert, including defining IT requirements.

Preparation of IT documentation in the field of support and projects.

Work with tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence.



Our requirements

Completed study preferable in IT or similar.

Min 3-4 years of experience in IT captive leasing company or financial services.

Knowledge of LEO system - on expert level.

Knowledge of Crystal Reports and/or other reporting tools as an asset.

Sound knowledge of SQL querying and SQL DBs.

Knowledge of incident management tools (Service Now as an asset).

Experience in working in international project teams.

Knowledge of Agile PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).

Analytical skills and strong problem solving skills.

Self-motivated and self-organized.

Good communication skills.

Team-worker but also able to work independently.

Polish fluent, English on good level (use on a daily basis), knowledge of Czech and Slovak would be an asset.
