Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Junior It Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing, international environment. If you have excellent communication and IT skills and enjoy working with vibrant community and care for education, this may be an ideal position for you.

Responsibilities:
• As a Junior IT Technician you will provide advanced 1st and basic 2nd line support to all users, investigating and diagnosing IT faults and problems.
• You will be responsible for the triaging of tickets as they are logged within the IT Service Desk, regularly liaising with the Head of IT to ensure tickets are processed in a timely manner.
• This role will play a key part in the management of the equipment requests, ensuring they are ordered, deployed and managed effectively.


Requirements:
• Degree educated or student status
• Ability to follow procedures
• The ability to work well within a team
• A strong ability to learn new skills quickly
• An interest in keeping up to date with the latest technology and best practice
• Prior experience of the technologies is not necessary
• Conversational level of English is required
