Senior Enterprise Architect

Opis wymagań

+ At least five, preferably ten years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture team in large corporate environment
+ University graduate of Computer Science/IT-related field (preferred but not necessary), preferably with major in Software/System engineering or relevant working experience in the field
+ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation with good command of written and spoken English
+ Seasoned in building architecture blueprints and roadmaps on various detail levels proven by long Enterprise Architect experience
+ Experience in digital and broader architectural transformations, applying solutions from experience in decomposing monolithic solutions and methods to manage technical debt
+ Experience, knowledge and understanding of enterprise-level software development and API based integration, building scaled solutions with the consideration of quality attributes

Opis oferty

A successful candidate will be part Europe Region Architecture Team, supporting the Chief Architect in delivering the governance and artefacts, working closely with Global Technology Architecture and Europe Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer teams.

Strong Architecture Skills are required, primarily focused on enterprise architecture, building roadmaps and architectural leadership, and comfortable with Solution Architect role.

Strategic Services IT

As one of our core technology functions, Strategic Services IT directs, shapes and governs HSBC's Technology Landscape to deliver on the tech architecture, strategy and governance, while balancing business priorities and innovation to benefit our regional customers.

Zakres obowiązków
+ Supporting Regional Chief Architect with defining, maintaining and owning the enterprise architecture artifacts, ensuring alignment to HSBC Technology Strategies and providing overarching ' ' + Design Authority accountability for major change and initiatives across the Region
+ Working closely with Business Lines Architects, globally and regionally to develop the Country and Regional roadmaps and plans for successive transformation
+ Supporting Regional Chief Architect in governance over architecture, including Design reviews, implementing standards, and target operating models for architecture in Region
+ Validating each technology (cloud, Data, CyberSec, etc.) and market target state artifacts, enriching the aspiration to ensure the balance between discrete needs and group-wide direction are incorporated
+ Providing leadership and expertise to architecture teams working in Regional Transformation programmes across all Business Lines in the Region
+ Identifying opportunities and threats in the technology industry and articulating potential impacts to HSBC
+ Consulting on new best practices, processes, operating model, techniques, products, services, technologies and standards where needed against identified use cases via the appropriate governance bodies
+ Staying abreast of technology trends and advise business/CIO/CTOs/Chief Architect and the business about potential benefits/impacts
+ Supporting the Innovation and technology (AI/ML, Cloud, API, etc.) Community of Practices adoption and leading the architecture community in Europe by example
